An inventor and tinkerer living in Elryn, Vale. Chandra is hyperactive, easily distracted, and a genius when it comes to all things mechanical in nature.

Chandra became fast friends with Psu Kao after letting him stay at her home for a few months while he looked for more permanent housing. However, despite spending so much time together as of late, Chandra has revealed surprisingly little about herself to Psu...or anyone else, for that matter.
